I do feel Dr Atcha is different from other dentists because there’s just a comfort level that I don’t feel with other dentists. You don’t go into the chair and feel all tensed up, it doesn’t make you scared to come in, it really doesn’t. I would highly recommend Dr. Atcha. If you are looking to do implants you should absolutely see him because I really lucked out when I found him. I love my teeth Dr Atcha!

They’re like regular teeth, you really can’t tell the difference. There’s no movement, they’re comfortable and cleaning is nice. You just go right back to your old routine, I can eat corn, I can eat apples; it’s great.

Don’t wait to take care of work that is needed in your mouth for as long as I did. He will do what is necessary and make you comfortable and take any route that you want to have done to make you comfortable and healthy. That’s what he has done for me, 100%.

For years I’d been meditating over implants and six to eight years ago my regular dentist told me that I didn’t want to do this because of the time involved and the procedure involved and the pain involved. I can convince you I had none of the above, it has been perfect.
Dr Atcha’s office, as far as pain goes, absolutely nothing, not a thing, nothing. I knew I was going to get sedated but I really didn’t know when I was sedated until after it was over and done with. It was remarkable; it was an experience like I’d never had before. Anybody knows you go there really groggy and all that nonsense, but here it’s not that way at all. You’re a little unstable after sedation but prior to that there is nothing, it’s that quick, it’s that fast.
I had no pain; I had no nothing afterwards or prior to all the times that I’ve been here with the implants.
Eating is a treat again. I can actually bite into something and not have my dentures slip and fall out or come down on my gums and tear my mouth apart. Eating is absolutely terrific with dental implants, absolutely terrific.
I have many friends of mine that I have talked about Dr Atcha to, whether or not he knows about it, but I have done so. With my family I have four members in my family alone that are considering it.
He gave me confidence. His ability to do what he is going to do, he gave me that confidence. I felt confident and secure with him.

I came to the center to get my wisdom teeth taken out. I only had three, so I got three wisdom teeth out under sedation. Sedation was good, I don’t remember anything. I was just asleep and it was fine. I woke up and I didn’t remember anything. I was nervous because I had never had an IV before but I don’t remember even getting the IV because I had a pill that morning to make me less nervous. The staff here is really good at the center, everybody’s really nice and they make you comfortable and Dr Atcha was really good. He explained everything to me before it happened and what he was going to do, and then after he told me that everything looked good. I would recommend Dr Atcha, I have actually, I tell a lot of my friends to come here to get their wisdom teeth out.

Meet Tony
Anthony A. Waznonis, Jr. has over 30 years of experience as a dental industry. His education specialized in Dental Technology at Triton College. Tony has worked for the top manufacturers in the dental industry (Dentsply, Vita, and GC America) as a Product Manager, Senior Technical Specialist, and Training & Problem Specialist. Introduced one of the largest products in the Dental Industry and has lecture for Dentsply, Vita (Vident), GC America, 3M ESPE, Nobel Biocare, Thommen, Camlog, Kavo, Universities (throughout the country), Dental Meetings, and Study Groups. He was specially trained in Europe with some of the top well known Dentists and Dental Master Ceramists. Tony is specialized in Cosmetic Dentistry (fixed and removable), All Ceramics, Implants, and Teeth in a day.
Tony is married to Kim (a Radiation Oncology RN Nurse), has three children Tony III, Danielle (Harrigan), Keith, and a granddaughter Annalise (Tony goes by Papa T not Grandpa). He and his wife love to entertain family and friends go to baseball games (an avid White Sox fan), and he doesn’t mind shopping with his wife to carry her packages. He and his wife volunteer with church and community charitable organizations.
